Service objective
- To ensure the laboratory’s operational continuity by eliminating friction in breakdown management: reducing equipment downtime, ensuring fast technical intervention, removing the need for quotes and approvals for every breakdown, and centralising the entire technical service with a single provider.
What it consists of
- A technical service model based on a pre-purchased hour bundle, designed to provide an agile response to breakdowns and maintain maximum operational availability of the equipment fleet. It includes specialised technical labour, the technician’s travel to the client’s premises, diagnosis and corrective intervention, and on-site repair when technically feasible (it does not include spare parts, consumables or external services). Flat rate with a minimum purchase of 25 hours. Hours are consumed based on actual completed work orders, deducted in full-hour or half-hour (0.5h) increments, with transparent consumption tracking via an online spreadsheet and a technical report after each intervention. For the service to be efficient, it is highly recommended to have an equipment inventory available (brand, model, serial number, units); if 60–70% of the equipment fleet falls within Labcare365’s technical portfolio, the service is viable, efficient and highly effective.
