Service objective
- To facilitate access to original parts for the maintenance or repair of laboratory equipment, even when the manufacturer does not sell them directly to the end client.
What it consists of
- Supply of 100% original spare parts for laboratory equipment, whether for installation by the client’s own technical staff or as part of a Labcare365 intervention. This includes managing the purchasing process when the manufacturer requires special conditions (advance payment, direct invoicing, etc.).
