IQ-OQ-PQ Installation and Qualification Protocols
Service objective
- To ensure that a newly acquired laboratory instrument is installed, verified and commissioned following the qualification protocols required by sector regulations (pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, environmental), documenting that the equipment performs according to the manufacturer’s specifications before entering routine use.
What it consists of
- Labcare365’s technical team handles unpacking, assembly and setup of the instrument, and executes the IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification) and PQ (Performance Qualification) protocols: verifying that the installation meets the manufacturer’s conditions, that the equipment operates correctly across its full operating range, and that its performance remains consistent under real working conditions. Laboratory staff are trained in operating the equipment from day one.
