GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Customer service hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 h.
- All communication with our Technical Service should be done by writing to sat@labcare365.com or calling 93 486 16 61.
- All equipment received by Labcare365 must have the reference STXXXX provided by the Technical Service which identifies the equipment and its origin.
- No repair will be made until the customer has agreed to accept the quotation, We also indicate that the equipment may be sent to official technical services if it is considered appropriate our technical department.
- Equipment received by Labcare365 for repair shall include accessories such as chargers, batteries and power cables for optimum testing.
- The warranty of repair has a validity of three months under the conditions specified by Royal Decree 58/88 of 29-01-88.
