Express Technical Equipment Diagnosis
Service objective
- To reduce breakdowns and downtime of laboratory equipment through an express technical intervention, diagnosing the operational status of all equipment to anticipate potential failures before they occur.
What it consists of
- An express technical service carried out by Labcare365’s certified technical personnel, trained in multi-equipment diagnostics with experience in laboratory instrumentation. The process follows four phases: diagnosing the operational status of all the laboratory’s equipment, classifying each instrument according to its actual needs, optimising the maintenance plan, and providing usage and cleaning advice (linked to KitCare). At the end of the intervention, the technician delivers a PREVENT-IA diagnostic report/certificate with a reference number, which serves as documentary support for the equipment fleet’s status at that point in time.
Benefits
- Reduction in unexpected breakdowns and the associated downtime.
- A comprehensive, classified view of the real condition of the entire equipment fleet, not just a single instrument.
- An optimised maintenance plan tailored to each instrument’s actual needs, avoiding unnecessary costs.
- A report with a reference number, useful as a traceability document for audits or investment decisions.
- A fast (express) service, without the complexity of a traditional, broader-scope preventive maintenance programme.
